How do I get started?
Use our 24/7 self-service site to book your event! Select the package that works for your event. Then select your date, start time and any enhancements. Enter your client information and pay the deposit of 1/3 to reserve your booking! Once you book, look for more email instructions for next steps!

How do I book?
All rental periods include a consecutive block of time for you, your guests and your vendors to utilize the facility. Each rental includes 8 tables, 64 chairs, 2 rolling islands for food and beverages along with other venue amenities — high-speed internet, central heating and air, keyless entry, two TVs for photo slideshows, Bluetooth soundbar and kitchenette access.

You will need to bring warming gel for your food, coolers and ice for drinks, any decor you wish to use. We will provide cleaning supplies (trash bags, brooms, etc), and backup serving tools.
When can I get in to start my event?

Your rental period begins at the time you select. Because your rental period is a consecutive block of time, you will need to select a start time that is early enough for setup, while also covering your event and clean up.
Prior Day setup is not offered.
All rental periods have the option to purchase additional time if needed.
Can I use my own caterer? Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, outside food is allowed! Feel free to use any caterer you choose. We provide 4 stainless steel chafing dishes along with kitchenette access complimentary with your rental.
On-site Cooking is NOT allowed.
Outside alcohol is allowed. Ohio age laws apply at all times and can result in the shutdown of your event. Alcohol is not permitted to be sold.
Our on-site security is required for any event extending past 7:00pm. This is charged to clients at a rate of $30/hr., with a maximum total of $150.
